I believe that all of us strive to live a life of meaning and purpose. Most of us have imposed limitations on ourselves over the years. Part of my financial planning process with clients is to provide guidance in reaching their life goals, including financial, within the larger context of questions such as "what is really important to me?" and “what legacy do I want to leave?”
My mission is to help clients with complex financial and portfolio issues to address and get beyond money anxieties, and to use their resources to connect to their deeper dreams and aspirations. Part of my own life of meaning and purpose in my work is creating Financial Well☯Being™ for my clients.
My goal is to help my clients create Financial Well☯Being™. Well-being is the positive outcome of life well lived. For me, it is achieved by having balance among the spiritual, physical, emotional and financial aspects of one’s life. Helping my clients achieve this balance occurs when their personal and financial lives are unified.
My grandmother embodied this philosophy. She had a simple yet poignant message that she kept in her favorite cookbook. It was “Take Time to Live” and was her recipe for life. It included taking time to learn, laugh, love, forgive, pray, work, and then at the end of this message, it stated, take time to plan. Thank you Grandma.
